Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Paul Stuart. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability. All paulstuart.com purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing or crediting an item. All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form and sales receipt. For your convenience, the Return/Exchange form is enclosed with every purchase and is also available below in PDF format. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return.

All returns received within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment upon processing of the returned item(s). Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. All returns received after 14 days from your receipt of the item(s) will be considered for the issuance of a Merchandise Credit.

Reduced price merchandise purchased online or by telephone is not refundable and will only be considered for a Merchandise Credit if returned within 21 days.

If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Paul Stuart or based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via FedEx Ground.

Items returned for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s) as requested. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed, but provided the replacement item(s) are available, a new charge will be processed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a merchandise credit. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit.

1. Return by mail: List returned items on the Return/Exchange form, fill in the quantity returned, and enter the appropriate codes. Pack your return and include the Return/Exchange form with your shipment.

2. Return this purchase to our Stores. The store will process your return in accordance with the above Policy.
