Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Paul Stuart. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned or exchanged, subject to item availability, within 30 days of purchase.  A receipt is required for all returns.  Returns will be credited to the original form of payment, which will appear on your next billing statement.

Sale Merchandise
Reduced price merchandise purchased in store, online or by telephone may be exchanged or returned for a merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase.  Sale merchandise cannot be returned for refund to the original form of payment.

Gift Returns & Exchanges
With an original gift receipt, gifts may be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy.

Altered, Made to Measure & Custom Clothing and Fine Jewelry Return Policy
Altered, Made to Measure, custom, monogrammed, personalized items or men's and women's fine jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Merchandise
With an original receipt, any defective items may be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Online Return Policy
All orders made on All orders made on paulstuart.com or by telephone include instructions for return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy, choosing one of two methods below:

1. Return by mail: Complete Return/Exchange form included with your order, or print a new copy here. Pack your return and the Return/Exchange form in the original packing or your own packaging.  Affix the return FedEx label included with your order to the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx store or drop box.  If you need a new FedEx label, please contact Customer Service.  Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return.
2. Return to a store: Find the store nearest you on our Store Locations page.

Online Exchange Policy
Items purchased online returned by mail for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed, but provided the replacement item(s) are available, a new charge will be processed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
A one-time price adjustment can be made on merchandise purchased at full price within 10 days of purchase by visiting a store or contacting Customer Service.  Sale merchandise, including Outlet merchandise, is not eligible for price adjustments.

OUTLET STORE RETURN POLICY
Outlet Store Return Policy
Items purchased from the Paul Stuart Outlet may be returned for merchandise credit or exchanged, subject to item availability, within 21 days of purchase.  Requests for returns and exchanges must be made at the Paul Stuart Outlet location and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
