Store & Website Return Policy

Full price merchandise in their original condition (unworn and with all original tags attached) can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Undergarments must be in original unopened packaging.  

All sale merchandise labeled final sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

Final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges

For online exchanges, please follow the steps below:
1. Email ecommerce@paulstuart.com with the original order number, the item number that you would like to exchange and the item number, size and/or color you would like to exchange it for.
2. Customer Service will confirm availability of item(s) requested and email you a free return label.
3. Please allow 10-12 business days for an exchange receipt and processing of your exchange.

Price Adjustments
Due to limited inventory, price adjustment requests will not be honored. 

 

International Shipping & Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note the following:

  1. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and international shipping charges.

  2. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Gift Returns & Exchanges 
Gifts may be returned or exchanged with an original gift receipt, according to our Return Policy.  

 

Special Products
Altered, Made to Measure, Made to Order, Custom, customLAB, monogrammed, personalized items,  men's cufflinks and jewelry, grooming products and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Defective Merchandise 
Defective items may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt according to our Return Policy. 

 

Studio Services
Merchandise purchased online for studio services, TV and film production or stylist pulls will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
