Returns Policy

For online purchases;
Paul Stuart will accept full-priced merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price, only with the original invoice.  

To make an online return,

All returned items must be in their original condition to be accepted. =

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Paul Stuart. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned or exchanged, subject to item availability, within 30 days of purchase.  A receipt is required for all returns.  Returns for full-priced items will be credited to the original form of payment. 

Sale Merchandise
Reduced price merchandise purchased in-store, online or by telephone may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase.  Sale merchandise cannot be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. 

Gift Returns & Exchanges 
With an original gift receipt, gifts may be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy. 

Special Products
Altered, Made to Measure, Made to Order, Custom, Custom LAB, monogrammed, personalized items, or men's and women's fine jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Defective Merchandise 
With an original receipt, any defective items may be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy.

2. Return to a store: Find the store nearest you on our Store Locations page. 

Exchanges
Items purchased online returned by mail for exchange can be credited/charged to the original form of payment and a new order will then be placed for any replacement item(s). The availability of replacement items is not guaranteed but provided the replacement item(s) are available, an even exchange, a new charge, or refund will be processed (depending on the swap item(s) price). Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. 

Price Adjustements 
A one-time price adjustment can be made on merchandise purchased at full price within 10 days of purchase by visiting a store or contacting Customer Service.  Sale merchandise, including outlet merchandise, is not eligible for price adjustments.
